Dear Parents:
Freehold Montessori Village Preschool created a wonderful place for children. Our quaint buildings and shaded play areas are especially responsive to a child’s developmental stages and innate desire to learn.
Ours is a village where children relax and get uninterrupted time to finish the work they chose, there is a sensible balance between freedom and structure. We respect and support early urges and unique self expression of children. Our children could paint a tree blue if that’s what they feel like doing.
We are guided not by bureaucratic edit but by a philosophy of education that espouses respect for the individual child, nurturing surroundings and self reliance. And we don’t promote peer competitiveness as a learning tool within the classroom, we do reinforce the inner drive for self improvement as a motivational force. Our graduates enter the future second to none and prepared to excel.
Freehold Village Preschool has believed in extending our “open door policy” since the very beginning. In keeping with our philosophy, parents may now remotely share in their children’s day by securely logging into our web-cams provided by ChildCam. In addition, enrolled parents may also securely access our picture gallery. There they will find pictures of center events, so they can better share and have more knowledge of their child’s activities, leading to more open communication. It’s our commitment to getting you more involved, ease parent-children separation anxiety and bridge the gap between parents and children.
Lastly, we are a community of parents, students and teachers working towards a shared vision and held together by a common-sense of educational values. Please feel free to browse our web site to learn more about our exciting programs, learn more about our staff and center events, as well as take an online virtual tour of our facilities.
